If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to create an app or computer program, now’s your chance to find out. John Tyler Community College will be participating in Hour of Code. Hour of Code is a global movement designed to introduce students to the many ways computer science sparks creativity, problem-solves and more and to start conversations about career opportunities in computer science.
Tyler’s Hour of Code will take place December 8 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. in Hamel Hall, room H201 at the Midlothian Campus. All students, faculty and staff are invited to participate in this hour of fun – whether you’re a beginner or have some coding experience.
