You are invited to experience Movin’, the newest exhibit at the Tyler Gallery. The exhibit, showcasing the works of Anne Savedge, highlights the art of movement. Savedge has long been fascinated with capturing movement, and for several years, she’s been photographing a variety of dancers and other movement through space. Using an in-camera technique and digital processing, she translate the energy and excitement of performance into images.
Movin’ opens in the Tyler Gallery on January 24, with a reception from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m., and it will remain on display through February 28. The exhibit and opening night reception are free and open to the community.
The Tyler Gallery is located on the Midlothian Campus on the first floor of Eliades Hall, room E107. The gallery is open Monday through Friday from 12:00 – 5:00 p.m. except on holidays when the college is closed
