Have you thought about owning your own business? What skills will you need? What’s involved in getting a business off the ground? These are just some of the questions J.B. Bryan will discuss when she joins us for Tyler’s Women in Business Speaker Series.
Bryan has over 20 years of experience and is president and CIO of J.B. Bryan Financial Group, Inc., a company with locations in Richmond, Washington, D.C., and New York. She is also featured regularly on Virginia this Morning on Channel 6 and is the author of AfroEconomics.
This discussion, “Education and Today’s Entrepreneur” will be held April 9 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. in Bird Hall, room B124 at the Chester Campus. All Tyler students, alumni, faculty and staff are invited to attend.
The Women in Business Speakers Series is sponsored by the Division of Engineering, Business and Public Services with support provided by Student Activities.
