Then, John Tyler Community College is the place to go this summer. The College is offering hundreds of classes – from AutoCAD, film and animation, chemistry and teaching to economics, creative writing, web design, and welding. Best of all – courses are offered in a variety of formats, including on-campus, online and hybrid (partially online and partially on-campus) and in three different class lengths – 10-week, 8-week, and 5-week. Plus, there are three start dates – May 26, June 15 and July 6, giving students even more flexibility when planning their summer schedules. There are also a number of class options available to four-year college or university students who will be home for the summer and who want to catch up on a class or get ahead.
